As the Vice President of Finance at Simeio, Shane is the company’s senior finance leader, overseeing Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury, while also working closely with the Board and PE sponsors to keep the business on solid financial footing. He’s passionate about turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that help drive growth and value.
With over 12 years in finance, Shane has spent his career helping PE-backed technology and SaaS companies navigate everything from day-to-day forecasting to Sell-Side transactions. Before joining Simeio, he held finance roles at AssistRx and CentralSquare Technologies, where he got hands-on with financial modeling, deal diligence, debt management for sponsors like WCAS, Bain Capital, and Vista Equity Partners. His career started in finance at Verizon. Shane holds both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
