As Chief Operating Officer, Asif leads Simeio’s global operations with responsibility for service delivery, solutions and offerings, pre-sales, platform engineering, and customer success. He is focused on scaling the company’s platform centered delivery model and ensuring that what Simeio builds translates into real outcomes for customers.
Asif brings over 20 years of experience in identity and access management and is widely recognized in the identity security space. Throughout his career, he has shaped enterprise identity strategies that bring together platform, processes, and expertise to solve security and compliance problems. Prior to his current role, Asif served as Simeio’s Chief Product Officer, where he led the development of the company’s product and platform strategy, including its Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) offerings and Identity Orchestration Platform.
Before joining Simeio, Asif held senior leadership roles at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Vaau, where he helped build and scale identity management solutions into recognized market leaders. He brings global experience across North America, Europe, and ANZ, serving industries including financial services, healthcare, government, telecommunications, and energy. Asif holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from University of Madras and an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
